I recently moved to the area and wanted an eye doctor closer to my home. I am so glad I chose NorthPointe! The customer service is amazing. The office staff is friendly and professional. I did not wait long after check in. The doctor is friendly and addressed all my concerns. They have a great selection of eyewear and are thorough in checking for fit. I also needed a special eyedrop and they assisted with that process within a few hours the next day. My glasses were ready in just a few days! So glad I chose this business.

When I walked into the office it was very clean and welcoming. I appreciate how the space for eyewear was in a separate area where you could have privacy and not be interrupted by people approaching the front desk area. I've never seen that before.
When I approached the front desk I was welcomed by two women; both who were very friendly.
The woman who performed the initial tests (eye puffer, hot air balloon) was friendly, easy to talk to, and had a great attitude.
The doctor was very kind and polite. I felt very comfortable and welcomed the entire time.
When I had questions about pricing and differences from my copay, the woman who charged me explained why the price was different; which I understand now.
Definitely a place I will visit again.
